Refund Policy

Focused Scopes is operated by High Rollers Reserve LLC, a Texas limited liability company doing business as Focused Scopes. This Refund Policy applies to Focused Scopes subscription plans purchased through the Service and is part of our Terms of Service.
1. Try Before You Pay
New subscriptions include a free trial of the length shown at signup, so you can fully evaluate Focused Scopes before you are ever charged. You will not be billed until the trial ends, and you can cancel during the trial at no cost.
2. Cancel Anytime
You can cancel your subscription at any time from within the app. When you cancel:
- Your subscription stops renewing — you will not be charged again;
- You keep full access to your paid plan until the end of the billing period you have already paid for;
- Your data remains available to you, and you can export it or delete your account whenever you choose.
3. Refunds
Because every subscription starts with a free trial and you can cancel at any time, payments already made are non-refundable, and we do not provide refunds or credits for partial billing periods, unused time, or downgrades — except in the situations below or where a refund is required by applicable law.
Billing errors. If you believe you were charged in error — for example, a duplicate charge or a charge after you canceled — contact us at hello@focusedscopes.com within 60 days of the charge. We will investigate promptly and correct or refund any charge made in error.
4. Before You Dispute a Charge
Please contact us first. Billing issues are almost always resolved faster by email than through a card dispute, and we are happy to help.
