Delete Your Account

You can delete your Focused Scopes account — and the personal data associated with it — at any time, using either method below. Focused Scopes is operated by High Rollers Reserve LLC, dba Focused Scopes.

Option 1: Delete in the App (Fastest)

  1. Sign in to Focused Scopes on any device (Android, iOS, or web).
  2. Open your Profile.
  3. Scroll to the bottom of the page to the Danger Zone.
  4. Tap Delete Account and confirm.

You'll be asked to re-enter your password to confirm. See When deletion takes effect below for exactly what happens next and when.

Option 2: Request Deletion by Email

If you can't access the app, email hello@focusedscopes.com with the subject "Account Deletion Request" from the email address on your account. We will verify the request and complete the deletion within 30 days. Once we process the request, the schedule below applies in the same way.

When Deletion Takes Effect

Your access ends immediately. As soon as the deletion is confirmed, your sign-in credentials are deleted and you can no longer sign in to Focused Scopes on any device.

Your account record is kept for 30 days, then permanently deleted. During that window the account is deactivated and unusable, but the record is retained so that a deletion made in error can be reversed — see Changed your mind? below. After the 30 days, an automated cleanup permanently deletes the account record and the files stored against it, and that removal cannot be undone.

If your company has an active subscription and you are the account owner, it is canceled as part of deletion and will not renew.

If you're a vendor with active work

Deletion does not go through while you still have active scopes assigned to you. Instead, your request puts each of those scopes into handover: the scope shows as awaiting handover to the company that assigned the work, and a manager there completes a handover walkthrough. No separate alert is sent, so if the timing matters, tell your manager directly. Once the walkthrough is finished the scope is released from your account and you can come back and finish deleting.

If you're a manager but not the company owner

Your crew and your jobs are not deleted with you — they are handed to the company's main administrator. Any crew members who report to you are reassigned to that administrator, as are the scopes assigned to you and the scopes you created that no one else is managing. A transfer record is kept in the company's records showing what moved. If the company has no main administrator on file, the deletion stops before anything is changed; email us and we'll sort it out.

If you're the company owner

If you are the main administrator of a company, deleting your account deletes the entire company with it — every user account in that company and all of the company's records — on the same 30-day schedule. You are asked to confirm this explicitly before it proceeds, and everyone in the company is notified by email.

What Gets Deleted

Immediately:

After the 30-day window, permanently:

What may be retained: records we are legally required to keep (such as billing and tax records), and business records that belong to a company workspace you were part of — for example, scopes or photos you contributed to your employer's jobs remain part of that company's data under its control. Your deactivated account record is also retained during the 30-day window described above. See our Privacy Policy for details.

Changed Your Mind?

Within the 30-day window you can ask us to reverse the deletion. Use the Request Recovery option shown right after you delete, or email hello@focusedscopes.com from the address that was on the account. Recovery is handled by our team rather than automatically, and we verify your identity before restoring anything. Once the 30 days have passed, the data is permanently deleted and cannot be brought back.
