Privacy Policy

Effective Date: July 7, 2026  ·  Last Updated: July 22, 2026

Focused Scopes is a field operations and property management platform owned and operated by High Rollers Reserve LLC, a Texas limited liability company doing business as Focused Scopes ("Focused Scopes," "we," "us," or "our"). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use and share it, how we use AI, and the choices you have. It applies to our mobile applications (Android and iOS), our web application, and our websites, including focusedscopes.com (together, the "Service").

1. Information We Collect

Information you provide

Information collected automatically

Payment and integration data

2. How We Use Information

We do not sell or share your personal information (as those terms are defined under the CCPA/CPRA), and we do not use your data for third-party advertising or cross-context behavioral advertising. There are no third-party ad networks in the Service, and we do not offer financial incentives for your data.

3. How We Share Information

Within your organization. The Service is a team tool. Content you enter is visible to other members of your company according to their roles — for example, managers see company-wide data, while crew members and vendors see only the jobs assigned to them. Vendor-facing views exclude your client pricing and margin information.

Vendor marketplace and performance data. If you participate in the vendor marketplace, your vendor profile — your business name, trades, service area, and performance information derived from your completed jobs (such as ratings and reliability metrics) — is visible to companies that use the marketplace to find and hire vendors. Performance information is calculated from your work history across the companies you work with on the platform. If you believe your performance information is inaccurate, contact us at hello@focusedscopes.com and we will review it.

Service providers (subprocessors). We share data with vendors that help us run the Service, only as needed to provide it and under agreements that require them to protect it:

Google Firebase / Google CloudAuthentication, database, file storage, hosting, and cloud functions

Google Workspace APIsDrive, Sheets, and Calendar automations — only if you connect them

Google MapsMaps and route planning
ExpoPush notification delivery
ResendTransactional email delivery

We may add or change subprocessors as the Service evolves; the list above reflects our current providers and we will update this page when it changes materially.

Integrations you direct. If you connect an outbound integration or webhook (for example, Zapier), we send the data you select to the destination you configure. That destination is governed by its own terms and privacy policy, and you are responsible for where you choose to send your data.

Legal and safety. We may disclose information if required by law, legal process, or to protect the rights, safety, and property of our users, the public, or Focused Scopes.

Business transfers. If we are involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction, subject to this Privacy Policy.

4. Artificial Intelligence (Cicero)

The Service includes AI-assisted features (including "Cicero") that can turn your voice, photo, and video walkthroughs into draft scopes, suggest line items, and generate other outputs. When you use these features, the inputs you provide (such as audio recordings, photos, video frames, and related text) are sent to third-party AI providers — currently Anthropic and OpenAI — to generate your results, and are returned to you within the Service.

Your AI inputs and outputs are used to provide the feature to you. Under our commercial API agreements with Anthropic and OpenAI, your inputs are not used to train their general AI models. These providers may retain inputs for a limited period to deliver the service and monitor for abuse, then delete them in accordance with their policies. AI features are optional — if you do not use them, your data is not sent to these providers for this purpose.

AI output can be inaccurate or incomplete and should always be reviewed before you rely on it, as described in our Terms of Service.

5. Cookies and Website Data

Our apps and website use essential and functional storage — such as cookies and local storage — to keep you signed in, remember your preferences, and operate the Service securely.

Campaign attribution. Our marketing website also uses a first-party attribution cookie and local storage entry ("fs_first_touch"). When you arrive from one of our campaign links, we store the campaign parameters from the link, the page you landed on, and the referring page in your browser for up to 90 days, so that if you later sign up we can attribute your signup to the campaign that brought you. This information describes the campaign, not you; it becomes associated with you only if you create an account, and it is never shared with advertisers or ad networks.

We do not use advertising cookies, third-party trackers, or cross-site tracking. Our websites load fonts from Google Fonts, which may receive your IP address in order to serve those fonts. You can control cookies through your browser settings, though disabling essential cookies may prevent parts of the Service from working.

6. Data Retention

We keep your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. When you delete your account, we delete the personal data associated with it, except for records we are legally required to keep (for example, billing and tax records) or data that has been aggregated or de-identified so it no longer identifies you. Backups are cycled out on a rolling basis.

7. Your Rights and Choices

You can access and update your account information at any time in the app. Depending on where you live — including under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA), the Texas Data Privacy and Security Act (TDPSA), and the EU/UK General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) — you may have the right to access, correct, export (portability), delete, or restrict or object to the processing of your personal information, and the right not to be discriminated against for exercising these rights. Because we do not sell or share personal information or use it for targeted advertising, there is nothing to opt out of for those purposes.

Legal bases for processing. Where the GDPR or a similar law applies, we process personal information: to perform our contract with you (providing the Service you signed up for); for our legitimate interests (securing, supporting, and improving the Service and preventing fraud and abuse); with your consent (for example, optional camera, microphone, and location access, and optional integrations), which you can withdraw at any time; and to comply with legal obligations. If you are in the EEA or the UK, you also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data-protection supervisory authority.

Categories of personal information (CCPA). The information described in Section 1 falls into these categories under the CCPA: identifiers (name, email address, phone number, IP address); commercial information (subscription and billing status); audio and visual information (photos, video, and recordings you choose to capture); geolocation data (when you use map features); professional information (your role and company affiliation); and internet or electronic activity (device, usage, and diagnostic data). We collect these for the purposes in Section 2, share them only as described in Section 3, and retain them as described in Section 6. We use precise geolocation only to provide the map and routing features you request, and we do not use or disclose sensitive personal information for purposes that would require a right-to-limit notice under the CCPA.

To exercise any of these rights, contact us at hello@focusedscopes.com. We will verify your request and respond within the time required by applicable law, and you may appeal a decision by replying to our response.

Client and tenant data. If your information was entered into Focused Scopes by a business that uses our Service (for example, a property manager you work with), that business controls the data, and we process it on their behalf. We will refer requests about that data to the business, or assist them in fulfilling your request.

8. Account and Data Deletion

You can delete your account and its associated personal data at any time:

9. Security

We protect your data with encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest (Google Cloud), role-based access controls enforced by server-side security rules, and secured server-side storage for sensitive credentials such as integration tokens. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we work to protect your information using industry-standard safeguards. If we become aware of a data breach affecting your personal information, we will notify you and any regulators as required by applicable law.

10. Push Notifications and Email

You can turn off push notifications in your device settings or within the app. Transactional emails (such as receipts and account notices) are part of operating the Service; we do not send third-party marketing email to app users.

11. Children

Focused Scopes is a business tool and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

12. International Users

The Service is designed for and directed to businesses operating in the United States. It is operated from the United States, and your information is processed and stored in the United States. AI features may involve processing by providers in the United States. By using the Service, you understand that your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States, which may have different data-protection laws than your country.

13. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will post the updated version on this page with a new "Last Updated" date, and for material changes we will provide notice in the app or by email before the change takes effect.
