• Offline Data: Work orders and content created offline, synced when connected.
• Location Data: If enabled, approximate location for job site features (optional).

We use Firebase (by Google) for authentication, database (Firestore), storage, analytics, and crash reporting. Firebase may collect device identifiers, usage data, and other info per Google’s Privacy Policy.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use information to:

• Provide and improve the App (e.g., sync data, enable collaboration, notifications).
• Process subscriptions and manage accounts.
• Send updates, notifications, and support messages.
• Analyze usage for enhancements and security.

Data is stored securely via Firebase. We implement measures like encryption and access controls, but no method is 100% secure. Offline data is stored locally on your device until synced.

• Delete your account (data may be retained for legal reasons).
