Focused Scopes is a subscription-based mobile application with payments processed through the Apple App Store and Google Play Store.
Refunds and Cancellations
- All purchases, subscriptions, and billing are handled exclusively by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play).
- Refund requests must be submitted directly through the respective platform:
- Apple App Store: Visit reportaproblem.apple.com or contact Apple Support.
- Google Play: Open the Play Store app > Menu > Payments & subscriptions > Request a refund, or visit play.google.com/store/account.
- We do not process refunds directly, as we do not handle payment transactions.
- Subscription cancellations: Manage auto-renewal in your App Store or Google Play account settings to prevent future charges.
