These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Focused Scopes mobile application (the “App”) and website (collectively, the “Service”).

By downloading, accessing, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

Use of the Service indicates agreement. If you disagree, do not use the Service.

2. Accounts and Eligibility

  • You must be 18+ to use the Service.
  • Create an account with accurate information.
  • You are responsible for account security and activity.
  • Roles (e.g., manager, crew, vendor) determine access.

3. Subscriptions and Payments

  • The App offers free and paid tiers (subscriptions for premium features/team seats).
  • Payments processed via Apple App Store or Google Play In-App Purchases.
  • Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled. Manage via your store account.
  • No refunds except as required by law or store policies.

4. User Content

  • You own your uploaded content (photos, voice notes, scopes, etc.).
  • You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, display, and use it for providing the Service (e.g., sharing with assigned teams/vendors).
  • You are responsible for your content; it must not violate laws or rights.
  • We may remove content violating these Terms.

5. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for illegal purposes.
  • Upload harmful content (e.g., viruses).
  • Interfere with the Service or others’ use.
  • Misrepresent your role or impersonate others.

6. Intellectual Property

The App, templates, and features are owned by us. You receive a limited, non-transferable license to use the Service.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access for violations. You may delete your account anytime.

8. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided “as is.” We disclaim warranties. To the fullest extent permitted, we are not liable for indirect damages or losses from use.
